If your firm intends to undertake audit appointments in the UK or Ireland, you’ll need to hold the relevant firm’s auditing certificate (FAC).
For more information as well as eligibility requirements, please see here.
If you already hold an ACCA firm’s auditing certificate, you’ll also need to submit a new application to let us know about any changes to the firm including addresses and structure changes such as a change to the Responsible Individual’s (RI). There is currently no charge to make updates to your FAC.

Applications should be submitted by the firm’s Compliance Principal.
