Please note that any invoices raised on your myACCA portal prior to the 29th of April will appear on your statement as ‘customer invoice’. If further information is required detailing the invoice, please contact customer services.
Due to a system upgrade, any payments made prior to the 29th of April may be delayed in appearing on your myACCA portal. All payments should be visible in the next few weeks. Thank you for your continued patience as we go through this upgrade.
If you have paid ACCA using Alipay or PayPal and would like this credit refunded, please open a case using the button below.
Include:
The amount you want refunded.
What the original payment was for.
Your account must show the credit in MyACCA before we can process your request. We cannot refund payments for services or products you have already used.
Alipay
Refunds can only be processed if the payment was made within the last 365 days.
PayPal
Refunds can only be processed if the payment was made within the last 60 days.
We will check the payment source and account details you used when making the payment before processing your refund.
Important
Credits applied to your MyACCA account are held for future payments with us. Credits given as goodwill cannot be refunded—they are intended for future use.
